HouseFlip! is a real estate simulation that teaches players about buying, fixing and selling real estate while playing an easy to learn and fun game. Players can choose from a variety of character representations and careers before beginning the game as fresh real estate entrepreneurs with limited buying power. Over time they will gain money and experience which will enable them to purchase more or better homes and give them more flexibility in managing their portfolio of homes in their quest to become real estates moguls!
